Emergency Response Plan

The Emergency Response plan has the objective to ensure the safety of the building occupants.

The 3 things you need to know to keep you safe are:

  1. When you must evacuate the building
    Proceed immediately to the CIRS Muster Station
    University Services Building Parking Lot, 2329 West Mall (Across from CIRS)
  2. When you need immediate help
    Fire, Ambulance, Police: 911
    Faculty/Satff Campus-Wide First Aid: 604 822-4444

CIRS Building Health and Safety Committee

CIRS Building Health and Safety Committee is a joint committee made up of worker and university representatives working together to identify and resolve health and safety problems in their area. The committee coordinates and promotes health and safety activities and monitors the status of the department’s health and safety program.
